I have been a loyal Publix customer for years- if this injustice is not rectified I will be shopping elsewhere. Come on Corporate Bigwigs... do the right thing.

I understand Publix has rules in place to protect a law suit - however - this manager used his own judgement to be a hero. He should be treated as such. Very disappointed in Publix.
