I found the hosts very unprofessional as well as lack of communication with vendors. My decision was made without the knowledge that there would be a parade that would block off entrance to the venue.

I knew of this event because of Kass but I could not find it on social media anywhere for the hours. I found the market the night before in the same venue, I found the parade but nothing on the Posh market.

On behalf of the vast majority of vendors who attended the POSH MARKET this weekend, I feel it’s important to share our experience.
First and foremost, the parade situation was a complete shock to nearly everyone. Roads were closed before 2 p.m. and stayed closed until after 6, even though the market was advertised as running from 12–7. This made it nearly impossible for customers to reach the venue. Over twenty vendors were openly talking about how frustrated their customers were, that I was seated around…. many said that they had to drive around for 30 minutes trying to find a way in because the detour was unclear and the roads directly in front of and surrounding the venue were fully barricaded for the parade, not to mention the parking situation.
When I politely asked in the vendor group chat if anyone had been informed about the parade and road closures before paying almost $300 for the weekend, instead of answering publically, one of the organizers approached my table (this was actually the first time I saw any organizer in person all weekend, they didn’t communicate with vendors or walk around at all) and spoke to me in a passive-aggressive, dismissive manner. She disagreed with what I and many others had personally heard from customers, and she did this in front of other vendors who later told me they were shocked by how unprofessional it was.
I booked both days. Many vendors who booked both days didn’t even show up for the second day and honestly I can’t blame them. On day two, about 90% of vendors reported not even breaking even despite the expensive table fee. I personally made only four sales total across both days, two of which were from other vendors. This was a very common experience across the board. I made $600 in sales at a $60 market last weekend in one day.
To make matters worse, a vendor I spoke to had messaged the organizer the day before asking if there were any last-minute openings only for the second day, and specifically asked how t

It's sad I found negative reviews about them on Facebook dating to 2023 after the market. Posh Market Hosts were very dismissive to vendor's feedback even in the group chats they created insinuating vendors were harassing them online.
They accepted knowing about a parade that led to hours of road block just by the venue and didn't communicate to vendor before payments were made.
They deceived vendors and still won't take responsibility. This has been people’s feedback for 3 years now and nothing has changed.
What’s more concerning is that the organizers admitted they were aware of a parade that would cause hours of roadblocks near the venue, yet this was not communicated to vendors before payments were made.
This lack of transparency and unwillingness to take responsibility has been a repeated concern for almost three years now.

I was extremely sick and I wanted to reschedule or gift my spot to another vendor at SouthGate. They refused and so ignorant about it as well. So I also lost $300. Hoping everyone this weekend can get some money back. These girls are horrible to deal with!

No vendor deserves to be treated like this, these vendors deserve more than 50% of their fee back.
