I would love to be able to do stuff to my car without having to worry about getting ticketed. We should be allowed to do minor enhancements to our vehicles.

Ive gotten multiple exhaust tickets and had my license plate removed and my truck towed because of illegal exhaust. It's gotten way out of hand and it is ridiculous to be pulled over for a non-moving violation is not against the virginia state safety inspection regulations.
