Options for vegetarians and vegans on campus are quite limited.

With winter approaching, it would be great to have some vegetarian-friendly soups at Lee's; ie. soups that don't use animal-derived stock or broth. It would also be good if they had a couple more options, such as veggo noodles, and if they made enough veggo options (with rice) to last until the end of the day, because they usually sell out early and don't replenish.
