To petition the city /county of Ventura to provide ample opportunity for the citizens of Ventura to have a place to gather , participate , spectate and enjoy the sport of off road motorcycle riding and racing , in all of its many forms . Starting with but not limited to a mini motocross park for young kids to participate in events similar to a little league type format but utilizing teams composed of motorcyclists racing for points during a predetermined "season" and then one team being crowned the winner's . A "flat track " racing venue would also be included in this plan/proposal . Providing a space for speedway and flat track motorcycles and quads/atv's to compete and practice . A tt course would also be something to be included as part of the usage and layout of the recreation/competition complex. The Motocross portion of the park would be of a rerasonable and fun size , with a layout varying every several months if possible . Weekly as well as monthly race events could be held at this facility , to promote fun , family , and a community spirit here in Ventura .
