The investor has reviewed our recent growth and agreed to a formal proposal meeting. I am currently drafting the operational budget and site requirements to present next week. This momentum provides the leverage needed to secure a permanent location.

the scene is dead around here without a real venue. please open this up
VB needs this so bad. Tired of driving to Richmond every time a good band comes through. Let's make this happen.
