Suit case no- OS66/2007 in District Municif court till dates no proceeding, no decision & no Judgment has been given. Respected Sir, I am B. A.Vasudeva rao S/o late. A. Amboji Rao Born and brought up in Denkanikotta. Regarding my grandfather land property issued an Advocate notice on 26/12/2006 to the Defendants 1. A. Krishnoji Rao & others After issuing legal notice to the Defendants, he sold & illegally Registred the Land on 22/03/2007, Document no. 1370/2007 -Denkanikotta Sub-Registrar office, And the sold land not stands in his name. Land details Patta no 733, sy no 13/4B old no 09, Kakkadasam Agraharam Thali road. Without taking legal heirs Signatures my Grand fathers land was sold, & without concerning legal heirs how Patta stand 1. Defendants name & how the Revenue Records stand in his name & land was not survey while registration. As per Records 1.22 acre (0.49.5Hec) is there, But the defendants was sold only 01 acre of land & renmining0.22 acre of land what happened. Defendants’ A. Krishnoji Rao Patta no 733 & Muniyamma Patta no 633 Sale deed i.e. Registration did jointly why-? Document no. 1370/2007-Deenkanikotta Yet no decision has been given in District Municif court Denkanikotta & our Advocate also not responding regarding proceedings held in the court & case still pending -? Arguments held dates- 11/11/2009 03/12/2010 21/02/2011 Within 25 days from the date of Registration petition issued to the Sub- Registrar & to the Thasildar in Denkanikotta neither Registration cancelled nor proper action has been taken by the Thasildar. Regarding this issue several times inform to the District collector Krishnagiri, Sub collector Hosur, Dist. Registrar krishnagiri & Inspector of General Registration Chennai but yet no decision has been taken by these officers. And all Supporting Documents handed over in the Court & personnel I met above mentioned officers, & by hand documents had handed over & through Courier also, for that I have Supporting Records.
