We the people, of the United States of America, request and demand a Redress of Grievance and a petition to order that Barack Hussein Obama II produce a valid and authentic United States of American birth certificate prior to election day on November 4, 2008, and especially before an inauguration day in January 2009 if elected. We, the people demand that he provide valid proof of citizenship immediately to the U.S. Congress or Justice Department which shall be examined by forensic experts who work with the Justice Department and ordered by the U.S. Attorney General, Michael B. Mukasey, and Chair, Patrick Leahy, U.S. Senator Judiciary Committee, to commence immediately as attorney Berg has alleged allegations of wrong doing, mainly fraud and forgery. The birth certificate produced on the internet has a blacked out certification number and states he was born on 08-08-61 in Oahu, Hawaii. His grandmother states he was born in Kenya. It is your duty to secure all information of any man who intends to run for the highest office in the nation. We the people request that after their investigation that the findings by the United States Justice Department be made public immediately. We the people are registered voters, legal citizens, and taxpayers, who entrust the security of the American people and the United States of America into the hands of public servants who are paid with Americans hard earned tax dollars. What is the point of checking IDs for any person living in our country if the government isn't doing their job and securing the office of the presidency It is the duty of the U.S. Justice Department and the office of the U.S. Attorney General and the U.S. Senate Judiciary and Ethics Committees and U.S. Congress to secure the office of the presidency by background checks and following the Rule of Law according the U.S. Constitution, Article II, that states that a citizen who runs for the office of presidency of the United States of American must be a natural born citizen. It is your duty to protect the safety and the security of a great people and a great nation and guarantee that their freedoms and their country shall not be compromised in any manner because one man, who is a lawyer and took an oath to uphold the law, has been allowed to violate the law by holding himself above the law and refusing to produce a valid and authentic proof of citizenship to the courts in Pa. as requested in a lawsuit filed by Philip J.
