Hi, my name is Stacey Smith, my husband and I live on Athlone Drive up against Red Pump. Recently I had ask the Valewood HOA Board for permission to put in a privacy fence on the portion of my property that is up against Red Pump Road and was denied. My intention with this petition is to get the board to seriously consider adding a privacy fence to the list of approved structures in the bylaws just for the section of property that backs to a main road. The homes that occupy the corner of Red Pump and Vale between Ennis and Athlone all have then with the exception of one home. We feel that it would create a cleaner look from the outside of the neighborhood and provide more security then a split rail. My goal is to get a signature from all the families that would support this change to the outside look of our community. If you support this change please sign this petition.
