This is a maha-speculation! While Srila Prabhupada might have said that women can be initiating gurus (‘but not many’) - he himself NEVER introduced such a practice. Furthermore, if somebody REALLY WANTS to become a guru – this is a veritable proof that he/she is NOT AT ALL qualified to become a guru. This is a false ego trip. Just take into consideration all those humble, pure devotees who didn’t consider themselves qualified to become a diksa-guru (Krishnadas-kaviraja Goswami, Lokanatha Goswami, Gaura-Kishora das babaji, Bhugarba Goswami, etc.)
If introduced in ISKCON, such a sacrilegious practice can: 1) severely cripple efficacy of our preaching mission, 2) polarize devotees in our society, 3) display GBC’s disloyalty to our founder acarya (which is the 3rd offence to the holy name), 4) severely damage reputation and credibility of our movement in the eyes of other Vaishnava sampradayas, and 5) cause proliferation of feminism throughout ISKCON. If you are not convinced about it, please read this: https://siddhanta.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/harinam_diksa_and_fdg-final.pdf

If men born mlecchas can give initiation to young Indian men, born in pure brahmin families, this is certainly against the so-called vedic "DHARMA".
Then why not qualified women?
