If we really believe we aren't this body, but spirit souls, then ANY soul should be given the opportunity to become an initiating guru. It's also the 21st century, if we really want this movement to grow then it's essential woman are given leadership positions.

Let Krishna decide who his representative will be. Guru is not an ecclesiastical post. It's not dependent upon considerations of gender, caste, nationality, or even species (consider Garuda and Hanuman).

Plz allow women vaisnavis to initiate ,they display much more vaishnava behaviours then the male ones, Plz know we are not this body but a spirit soul , so only male can initiate that is discriminating against female bodies

Of course women should be allowed to offer diksa. I've sat in classes given by Vaishnavi who are as learned and inspirational and their male counterpart. I am confident Srila Prabhupada would give them his blessing. Srila Prabhupada ki jai!
