Vague Magazine needs YOU to help save the iconic Manchester Cornerhouse building.

The Cornerhouse is Manchester’s international centre for contemporary visual arts and independent film. It is due to move to First Street later this year but the future of the old Cornerhouse building is uncertain.

It's the heart of Oxford Road, the move to First Street will leave a gaping hole on the Oxford Road corridor. Not to mention that the Cornerhouse will no longer be in the Cornerhouse.

This petition aims to fight against the proposed cuts in government funding of the arts and to save the iconic and popular building from becoming yet another chain franchise and instead keeping it under the wing of the arts institution.

In an ideal scenario keep the building as an extension of the Cornerhouse retaining the brand and interests from tourists.
