Forcing young adults to take a. Experimental vaccine with known side effects against a virus that has a very low chance of impacting young adults in this age group is just plain wrong and against our constitution. I hope the university will reconsider thier srance

I will never refer another student to Westminster College. It is no longer a Christian College in any true sense of a biblical definition of Christian. The Students need to drop out and attend a college that will honor their rights. Faculty need to resign in mass.

This vaccine neither prevents covid nor the spread of it. Get vaccinated if that is what you want for your body.

PLEASE STOP DOING THIS TO OUR KIDS! Let people choose what they want to do. Requirements regarding health are tyrannical !

This is awful to mandate the vax or have students drop out of school or for staff to be forced to quit their jobs especially during a time when millions of people have already lost their jobs or schooling!! Drop the mandates NOW!!

Wrong on so many grounds. Surprised that a Christian college would demand a “vaccine” that is tainted by abortion. All current Covid vaccines available in the US have ties to abortion. Where is the religious freedom?

I am deeply ashamed of Mother Fair. I can hardly believe the weakness and stupidity that goes into a decision like this. I do not have the vocabulary to describe how angry this makes me. I do not have the words to stress how profoundly idiotic this resolution is, but I’ll do my best… First and foremost, this is a medical decision, not a political one. In any other scenario in this country, individuals have a right to make their own medical decisions. We call that right Bodily Autonomy and it is the foundation upon which all Human Rights are based. An institution of higher education should be outraged and ashamed to employ professors who are either ignorant or dismissive of this fundamental rule of civilized society. I am disgusted by these faculty members who have turned a complex medical decision into a tool for political manipulation. These vaccines are perhaps the greatest medical developments in modern history, but they are still very new. That means there is a great unknown, as with any new medical development. The fact that millions of Americans are basing their medical decisions on promises from politicians and bureaucrats (who last year were saying they’d never trust the vaccine) is frightening enough. Adding to that a scenario where private entities are attempting to force those same medical decisions on individuals... this is absolutely unacceptable. We have no long term studies on their prevention efficacy or, more importantly, impact on the subject. There is dissenting medical opinion within the medical community as to the risks and benefits. The CDC has reported numerous deaths immediately following (and related to) COVID vaccination—a phenomenon virtually unheard of with prior vaccines. It is a major decision for everyone to make, and these decisions need to be made independently. There is a reason medical decisions should be made between a patient and their doctor, free of ANY outside influence or pressure. Second, these vaccines are,

Unconscionable to even think this is acceptable. I suspect enrollment will go down even further.

Vaccine mandates are wholly unconstitutional, and it is unconscionable that a Presbyterian private college would even entertain such a mandate without a religious exemption at the very least. I urge the Board of Trustees to vote against this mandate.

PA has legally all three exemptions in place for a reason! You can not scream diversity and inclusion and then force decisions that affect individuals bodies. Unless you are going to be financially responsible for health issues that arise after folks get the shot (short term and long term including death), you have no right making that choice for anyone!

Constitutional rights and God before anything or anyone else.
