To the Board Members of VACC VI Community Home Owners Association,

The undersigned the home owners of the VACC VI community to request an urgent meeting with the board members. We, the undersigned, have serious concerns regarding the recent violation notices that have been issued to several community members. These notices address seemingly frivolous and unreasonable issues, which have caused distress and dissatisfaction among our community members.

It is essential to emphasize that the majority of the home owners in our community have lived here peacefully for many years. During this time, we have taken pride in maintaining our properties and adhering to the rules and regulations set forth by the Home Owners Association. However, we have recently witnessed an alarming surge in the number of violation notices for trivial matters, such as blades of grass in flower beds, decorative lights in front yards, and flower pots on front porches.

While we acknowledge the importance of adhering to community guidelines,punishing homeowners for these minor discrepancies not only creates an atmosphere of hostility and unease but also detracts from the sense of community and harmony that has defined VACC VI for so long.

We firmly believe that the Home Owners Association should prioritize addressing more critical issues that genuinely impact the well-being and safety of the community. Neglecting to maintain the common grounds and overlooking issues that affect the entire community showcases a disparity in enforcement, leading to a feeling of unfair targeting among the homeowners.

The purpose of this petition is to

1. Bring to notice to the HOA board that such overreaching behavior from the newly appointed HOA firm - Terra Manna/ Villa Manna

2. Have a virtual/ in person meeting with the board members to discuss and resolve these grievances. It is our right as homeowners to express our concerns and to seek equitable treatment in the enforcement of community regulations.

Our request to be able to directly reach the board members has been constantly rejected and ignored by Terra Manna/ Villa Manna HOA firm.This meeting will provide an opportunity to foster better communication and understanding between the Home Owners Association and the community members. We firmly believe that through open dialogue and a collaborative approach, we can find common ground and work towards a more harmonious living environment for everyone involved.

In conclusion, we respectfully request the board members to take our concerns seriously and agree to meet with us at the earliest convenience. Our community's strength lies in its unity, and we hope that this meeting will serve as a step forward in preserving the positive atmosphere that has defined VACC VI for years.
