There are an alarming number of students within the psychology department that are extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service being provided. Issues are numerous and varied, including, but not limited to reoccurring issues involving course enrolment within required courses, issues with varying program requirements, and being able to receive some any sort of feedback within a reasonable time-frame. There is a huge issue with miscommunication between the Department of Psychology and the universities’ registrar’s office – students are all being directed to one individual within the department who has proven over multiple semesters to be both unreliable and unhelpful in dealing with student inquiries.
