President Obama and Vice President Biden, The American people must go back to work! This is a petition for that work to begin by burying utilities underground! We in Lake County, California, want that work to start by having all power lines buried. We want to have this happen throughout the United States! We believe that safety for the people is necessary, that this work will employ hundreds, if not thousands, of people immediately. We believe it is a simple concept long overdue, it is a simple concept for future maintenance purposes, it is a simple and practical safety concept. We, the undersigned, want this done now!
