Stop the increase, before you know it we will all be leaving the area because of the price of the water bill. There are many elderly on fixed income and young families that it is hard to come up with the money to pay bills. Please do not raise the rate.

The increases are ridiculous, my bill has increased 253% over the 20+ years of living her a lot more than inflation. Utilities Inc has increase multiple time since taking over. Nothing seems to stop them. My bill is 39% higher than my parent's bill in neighboring Apopka!!!

Bills used to say whether they were actual or estimated reading. Once I was gone for over 30days. Water was turned off and received a bill higher than normal. Took awhile to get someone to actually read the meter and credit the account. Shame.

Utilities, Inc. rate increases has far out paced the rate of inflation and is creating hardships. The rate of return they are asking for is excessively high in an era of low inflation and interest rates. NO MORE RATE INCREASES!

My water bill is often as high as my electric bill. It has increased 300% in about 8 years and is going up again. This is way outside what is normal with the municipal water we used to have and Seminole county still has some places. This is a hardship. It should never have been sold off. Stop this company.

I have been unhappy since day one that Utilities Inc. took over our local water and sewer. I have lived here in the Wekiva area for 20+ years and my water and sewer payments have gone from $20. per mo. over $95. per month. The rates started going up drastically once Utilities formed and took over. They are not a company to be trusted.
