Additionally, there was another change that was not mentioned at all. In the PDF of the proposed changes (found at http://usu.edu/ususa/docs/USUSA_constitution.pdf), page 6, it is amended to give an officer on probation a $1,200 stipend (raised from $800) for the semester they are on probation (if they do not already receive one).
While this is a seemingly small change it was not at all mentioned (Unless it was considered one of the "Minor grammatical changes"???).
Wouldn't you agree that ANY change that has financial implications should be clearly disclosed?

i don't understand why the Senate Pro Tempore position is being removed. The more votes within the executive council the better.

I just feel like each change should be voted on individually.

I thought Obama was the only one senseless enough to avoid proper democratic procedure. Obviously there are more fools than I realized...

This is ridiculous, and deserves to be exposed as unethical and fishy.

Thanks for the information, I didn't even realize this was a problem but this petition is completely correct. These issues should have been presented separately.

With regard to the USUSA proposal for constitutional changes, this petition makes a lot of sense. The items should have been presented separately.

I thought voting for them all together was so dumb. There were some I wanted to vote yes and some no.
