In support of this petition, the petitioner requests immediate implementation of the following: 1. PSCs’ contracts shall be changed to the MS 744a Personal Service Contract with Non Host Country Residents effective January 7, 2013. 2. PSCs shall receive the same percentage pay comparability adjustment as U.S. Government employees subject to the availability of funds. 3. Salaries for US Personal Services Contractors shall be established based on the market value in the United States of the position being recruited for. This requires the Contracting Officer to determine the correct market value (a salary range) of the position to be filled. 4. PSCs are eligible to receive 100% reimbursements for contractors and authorized dependents passport (including photos) and visa expenses necessary for the assignment. 5. PSCs outside of the Host Country and not within daily commuting distance will be provided airfare to and from post for PSC and authorized dependents when relocation to host country is required. WHEREFORE, the Petitioner requests that the United States Peace Corps authorize the Petitioner pursuant to utilization of the 744a contract and comparability adjustments for locally hired us citizens.
