I went to law school with Colonel Stahlman, and always held him in very high regard.
Nearly 30 years after graduating from law school, I still do.
An unbiased and fair investigation is the only morally acceptable path forward.

This is unacceptable to not further investigate of have a laissez faire approach. This is a sensitive issue for his family as all facts should be used to come to a proper closure.
