A very frustrating experience using my multiple GEMB cards when they won't allow Mint to connect. Customer satisfaction should outweigh all these excuses they are coming up with!

Whatever excuse you're providing, know that you are only making your card inconvenient for your customers to use, thereby strongly incenting us to move our business elsewhere!

I have begun to phase out my GE credit usage, and am considering halting their use altogether. Lowes, Amazon and HH Gregg, consider yourself warned.

Same issue as the rest. As far as I'm concerned, this is nothing short of a deliberate attempt by GE Capital to make it easy for its customers to miss payments and get trapped paying unnecessary fees. Absolutely outrageous!

This is ridiculous that I can view all 10 of my accts AT VARIOUS FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS. All except GEMB.

I have a CareCredit card that has helped me out in many circumstances. I like the comfort of having it in case of emergencies, but if I can't conveniently see all of my accounts in one place, I will cancel the account.

I have an Amazon Card (GE) and I don't use it much because I can't sync with Mint. If I could track it with my others I would use it a lot more.

As a long time card holder of GEMB, I would really like to continue using it. But because it does not link with Mint and I cannot see my overall financial history, I will stop using this card.

It is ridiculous that GEMB will not interface to Mint. GEMB is the only one of my accounts that does not interface with Mint; if this is not solved I will cancel my GEMB account.
