My employees have these cards for business expenses & I need to be able to check these accounts on the fly. It's time consuming to go to each website every time I need to check them when I can pull up Mint & see all my accounts at one time. I am in the process of closing ALL GE accounts solely because they refuse to work with Mint. This is ridiculous behavior by supposedly intelligent people.

I haven't used that credit card in 4 months and most of it is due to not allowing mint.

I'm getting sick when I need to go through all GEMP cards. API for third-party aggregators is a MUST-HAVE service nowadays. Just shut up and do it! This is what I call "customer service", not your countless apologies.

GEMB seems to be holding a false company line that they are "protecting" their customers, but in fact are making it more difficult for customers to manage their money.... and GEMB benefits by every late fee they accumulate due to lack of connectivity. This is disgusting.

I've never been satisfied with GE Capital and their customer service. Being forced to use their bank to own retail cards is hard enough - not being able to manage using Mint is an additional challenge. I don't need your cards that badly… fix this, or you may lose more customers.

the ease of managing my family's finances in one place is of high importance.to me - I will start the process of removing all GE bank cards from our use if i cannot use it with Mint

I will remove the rewards card from my wallet if this is not resolved in a few months. I get points from other cards which will be enough reward for me in conjunction with being able to manage my card transactions through Mint.
