if this doesn't get fixed i will probably just cancel my account. i appreciate your concern for my security, but allow me to manage my money my way.

If GE does not allow to link their cards to Mint, I would have to close my 2 accounts with them since its difficult for me to manage without them being available in Mint.

Banks should allow their customers the options to manage their own money.

SYNC my GE Capital Card with MINT, etc. or I will cancel my card. It's ridiculous out of all the cards I have and use, this is the only one that restricts itself from sync with helpful tools for the consumer (ie;CUSTOMER!)

I would appreciate GEMB allowing 3rd party utilities, such as Mint access so that I can use these utilities effectively.

Mint has truly helped me get my finances in order, if GEMB cared for its customers at all they would make an effort to resolve this issue.

any GE Capital accounts I have are at an increased risk of being stolen as I don't closely watch them because they are difficult to access

I have just received my new Master Card thru Sam's Club and now realize that I can't incorporate this information into my Mint account. If this can't be resolved in a timely manner, I will cancel this account and apply with another banking institution for a Master Card that will be compatible with Mint.
