GEMB/Synchrony is more concerned with their self interest that the best interests of their customers. I'll be cancelling my account.

It's quite simply really. If GEMB or Synchrony won't allow us to use OUR accounts as we choose with Mint, I have no problem closing those accounts and finding another provider. I refuse to patronize companies who believe that what their customers want doesn't matter. It's all about customer service; the only thing that sets one card servicer apart from others.

Of all my accounts, this is the ONLY account that does not work with Mint and the ONLY account that keeps me from being able to see my complete financial picture. Therefore, I will NOT be using this card (GEMB/GE/Synchrony) until this issue is resolved!

Synchrony seems to have "acquired" four of my credit cards. I was able to access ALL of them via Quicken and/or Mint. Now I cannot access ANY of them! What's up with that Synchrony?

Please fix this Syncrhony. I am a customer that spends ~5k/month on my card, and will cancel shortly if this issue isn't fixed.

This would make budgeting so much easier if it were allowed!!! Primary credit card and source of spending si with a GE (now Synchrony) bank.

Get with it GE Capital/ Synchrony Unfortunately, we have more than 1 GEMB/Sychrony Bank account that we can't link. I want to be able to track my whole financial picture in one place. Please correct this!

I just paid off my Lowe's card and canceled the account... all because I cannot see my complete financial picture at a glance because you mental midgets at GEMB/ SYnchrony are too stupid to understand the oldest axiom in business. The customer is always right. Allow aggregation or I swear by all that is good and right I will never use one of your products again.

I closed the card but will keep tabs on this, if they change their tune then I may reenroll, until then it isn't worth the hassle to check a source other than mint for my balance and to confirm my payment posted

Been using Mint for years, just got a Lowes card and can't add it to mint. Come on, this is silly for this bank to block it. If this doesn't get fixed I'll pay this off, close the card, and go buy my appliances at a place that will allow me to aggregate my data!

This New York Times article nails it: Mint.com's security is stellar. Synchrony's security analysts need to read it. http://bucks.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/07/06/should-you-trust-mint-com/?_php=true&_type=blogs&_r=0

I'm so dissapointed in Synchrony. Mint.com came so highly reommended... and I love it. But I'm afraid I'll have to close my Amazon account if this isn't resolved soon.

This inability to access and use ones data is anti-consumer!

This is simply asking financial institutions to work with open standards like OFX. Moneydance is another client of interest but OFX compliance is all that's necessary. Please support it!

I'm going to destroy my credit card with them and throw away any attempts at contacting me until I can sync this card with Mint. Not worth dealing with this inconvenience.
