Please get this issue resolved soon. Protection of my information is critical and I appreciate the dedication to securing my privacy. I don't understand why other banking institutions are able to do this and GE is not.

why am I pay interest on a credit card, plus now when I make a payment I have to pay a fee of 2.99? come on, enough is enough. I have 3 different accounts with GEMB, this the only one that's not linked, why?

It would be way easier to manage my account if you let me use Mint. Since I am trying to budget, I will probably have to close this account, since it's one of those frivolous/dangerous ones for me... If I can't keep track, it's going to be an issue.

This is an extremely annoying issue for me. Please coordinate with MINT. Every other bank has no issue with MINT.

How is it that my personal financial information isn't something I'm allowed to control through my choices? In this day and age there is also no reason why there shouldn't be blanket access to all your accounts in one place. With identity theft being an issue it would be much nicer to have all my accounts in one app that gives me real time access to their activity. GEMB excuses are tired and old, get over yourselves and work with your customer base to give them the access to their accounts that they want.

We will not use GEMB cards until this is resolved by GEMB.

I have stopped using cards issued by GE Bank until this is resolved, as it restricts my ability to manage my personal finances. If it remains an issue for the remainder of the year, I will simply close my accounts. This is very non-customer focused.
