I won's spend time talkign about the weekly aggravation suffered as a result of Synchrony's amazing penchant for incompetence. No, I'll talk about how they add insult to injury by blocking Min.com and hampering their customers who are responsible enough to track their finances. Deplorable, self-serving conduct from a company that is sure to feel the wrath of customer disappointment sooner rather than later.

Mint.com is by far my favorite money managing card, to the degree where I very well may switch banks over this.

I use several GE / Synchrony cards and Quicken, I recently could download transactions manually but now even that is not working after the statements are finalized!

I have 10+ accounts connected to Mint, and my GE Capital/Synchrony Amazon Store Card is the only account that does not connect. Given that I often have a few hundred dollars charged to my Amazon Store Card at any given time, my numbers are wrong which makes mint 90% useless. If this does not get resolved, I will either have to discontinue Mint or discontinue my Amazon Store Card. It's incredibly frustrating, as I've used Mint for years now and have never had this problem before. Please fix this ASAP.

It's a very frustrating issue, and surprising, considering all other bank accounts are willing to reach some kind of an agreement to provide access. Please figure it out already!

Like others, very frustrated that I can't view my Synchrony card information with my other cards and keep track of my spending all in one place.

Indeed very frustrating. Mint helps my stay organized. GECRB/Synchrony is making that more difficult than it should be.

This is still an issue. Mint can't communicate with Amazon Store Card web site
