I have enjoyed GE Capital's on-line bank account, and the interest rate is very competitive. However, I am considering switching because of GE Capital's refusal to work with Mint. My understanding is that the company is concerned that Mint's "Ways to Save" function may cause them to lose customers. Baloney. Poor customer service is how you will lose customers--and refusing to work with Mint is poor customer service. Forget all of that "security standards" nonsense. Step up to the mic, Ge Capital.

I think synchrony should allow me to manage my money the way I want to. It is a huge inconvenience that I am unable to access my account through Mint.

I'm quit using the GE Capitol cards because they don't work with Mint. Get with the program or we go elsewhere.
