As a customer, it is imperative that I be able to access my data in a timely and convenient fashion. Please allow us to access this information via Mint.

I have 5 different accounts with Synchrony, and am frustrated that I still cannot enable auto downloads in Quicken. I will have to start cancelling those credit cards if S Synchrony doesn’t fix this. And I WILL NOT be able to go PAPPERLESS statements; means more mailing statement for Synchrony. I suggest they fix this.

I was able to add my CareCredit and Value City Furniture accounts to Mint which uses Sychrony bank name, but why can't I have my Walmart store credit card on there?!

I have an Amazon Store Card that is run through Sychrony. This is a poor way to treat your customers.

If you cannot access ALL your financial information from one budget, then there is no point. Please understand that I do not want to log in to EVERY site that I do business with every 2 weeks to pay my bills. Solely because of Synchrony, I can not use a professionally designed and maintained financial management suite, but instead have to use a clunky Excel spreadsheet of my own design. I might as well be using post-it notes.

Please understand that I do not want to log in to EVERY site that I do business with every 2 weeks to pay my bills. GE, please stop lying to customers and saying that this is a security issue! If Fidelity, TRowe Price, Barlays, American Express, Chase, Citi and Discover and Capital One can figure it out, you should be able to do it. Whether with an Account Access Code, or security questions all of these other vendors find a way to maintain security on millions of dollars. Figure it out!
