This makes it difficult to keep track of my cash flow. Allowing Mint to access just simple information as an updated balance would be helpful.

I use mint to help keep all of my finances in order. This is a setback in my personal finances to not be able to add these merchants.

I have several credit cards with Synchrony, which I've stopusing or I pay off immediately after a purchase to avoid forgetting are losing track of my spending. I don't understand why this is even an issue, this is a great service that you should provides all of your clients

I've used Mint for about 3 years and have accounts with many other banks that seem to have no problem with Mint's security protocols. Likewise, my Federal Credit Union and insurance companies. What exactly is Synchrony's problem with Mint?

Absolutely ridiculous that they cannot connect to Mint. I'm using Bank of America as well as Chase and they all connect to Mint so are you telling me that they are also all undersecured? Ridiculous.

It is so disappointing that Synchrony won't link with Mint. It was so convenient when I had all of my accounts set up through Manilla, and had no problems. But now that Manilla is no longer an option, Mint Bills is the next best thing. PLEASE fix this issue before I dump my MANY store credit cards issued by Synchrony!

It is so disappointing that Synchrony won't link with Mint. It was so convenient when I had all of my accounts set up through Manilla, and had no problems. But now that Manilla is no longer an option, Mint Bills is the next best thing. PLEASE fix this issue before I dump my MANY store credit cards issued by Synchrony!
