I track all my finances on Mint. I recently got a Sams Club card and planned to use that as my primary car (average spending 3k per month) but now I plan to cancel that card simply because I am unable to track it on Mint. I will be sure to write to Sams Club about this reason as well. Very disappointed. American Express and Chase can continue to have my business.

I am seriously considering not using my Sam's card anymore if this doesn't change. It's time to start valuing your customers or you'll lose them.

I have 5 synchrony accounts. If this isn't fixed soon, all 5 will be closed.

Now that Mint and Mint Bills (fka PageOnce & Check.me) are combining, hopefully Intuit will have more leverage to get Synchrony to resolve this.

Please allow connectivity to Mint. I appreciate your security concerns; however, Mint uses the same security protocols that GEMB uses. There is no reason for you to disallow the connection other than superstition or laziness. I'll be closing my account in two months if this is not rectified.
