This is yet another case of a corporate monster doing what is in its best interest instead of its clients...how surprising. For the record, I like corporation, its the mindless idiots and the power structure at the top that make them responsible or unresponsive to the world they affect.

What's in the best interest of the customer applies here. Please open up access to our credit accounts so we can utilize the budgeting software to its fullest. Thank you!

This is terrible user experience. I am considering closing all of my Synchrony accounts due to this issue alone.

This is definitely making me think twice about using any Synchrony products. Really bummed to find out Amazon's new store credit card is using Synchrony.

I stopped using Mint long ago due to this issue, now I will stop using my Synchrony cards instead unless this is resolved very soon.

Mint is an extremely useful tool and I will consider switching to credit cards that jive with Mint. This means cancelling any GE/Synchrony Cards.

I'll be sure not to use our household's 5 lines of credit with Synchrony until they can find a way to work with Mint, because I NEED them integrated into my total financial picture. I only do business with companies that make my life easier.
