Amazon store card can't download through Quicken. There is no excuse for this. Everybody else does it with no problems.

I am seriously considering cancelling all my cards with GEMB/Synchrony bank because of this policy that they have in place. I am actively avoiding any store card that is offered by GEMB right now just because of this.

The lack of cooperation with programs aiming to help consumers manage their debt shows the true intentions of this organization - to scam and steal. I will be working toward getting rid of these accounts asap.

This is really absurd, GE Capital/Synchrony is a major issuer of credit lines, and there is zero reason for them to be unable to provide something every other major and minor bank can already do.
