Do you have COPD and are using Spiriva Inhaler for your breathing? Are you finding that seven out of ten capsules are empty and you are not getting your medicine? I have written the company, Boehringer Ingelheim, and they deny the problem and refuse to even investigate. I am hearing more and more complaints about empty capsules from the Respiratory Clinic at my hospital and am concerned that the company won't believe me and somebody may get sick. I have suggested that they make their capsules transparent so that one could see that there is indeed a dosage of medicine in it before inhaling.
