Petition To Protect The Use Deer Dogs On Public Land

We should be allowed to use indicating dogs on public land, they are a valid tool for hunting.

I believe it is important to encourage the continued use of indicating dogs on public conservation land which will bring conservation benifits by increasing the numbers of deer harvested. Indicating dogs are usually kept under control of the owner so they are causing minimal nuisance to other users and native wildlife

These dogs are our faithful pets assisting with managing the deer population and 99.99999% of these deer/indicating dogs pose no threat to any other wild life or people.

The responsible use of correctly trained indicating dogs assist hunters to be successful at hunting.

Will be buying a German short haired pointer soon to hunt over and as a family pet

A well trained dog isn't harmful to the environment any more than people

My dog an I both enjoy getting out in the bush.

Might be fewer accidental shootings if every one used a hound.
