Transparency matters and lack of accountability exposed many athletes to something that could have been stopped a decade ago!

Both Ramsey and the Governing Board failed to protect its athletes and referee by not taking seriously the allegations reported. Due to this error of judgement, others incurred injuries as well.

This is a completely unacceptable response to a horrific series of abuses. The actions of those in charge of USA water polo are negligent.

As a father of 3 daughters and a 35 year career coach I am appalled at the casual approach by uswp leadership in dealing with this. Leadership is accountable, period.

As a survivor of molestation by my beloved band director, I am disgusted that these allegations were not dealt with swiftly and severely.

Time for a change in leadership for so many reasons - I say this as a parent of high school student athletes; president and board member of two non-profits whose mission was youth water polo; and as a women's masters water polo player.
