Bring Audi RS / S Avant to USA

Dear Audi Club NA, Thank you for this petition. Let's make this happen! - Rob Dear Audi North America, As you know, the RS 4 Avant is the original RS longroof. The RS 2 was an important project w/ Porsche, but the Audi B5 RS 4 was and still is, the very definition of the original RS Avant badge. Please Audi Sport, bring the RS 4 Avant to the US for 2022. We, as signers of this petition, promise and duly swear, we definitely will buy one, maybe even two. I bought your B7 RS 4 circa 2008, in a strange spec called sedan, but really prefer the look & purpose of the extra pillar called Avant. And no, an RS badged SUV is not the same, thanks again, but no thanks. Across the Audi dealer network in the US, the RS 6 is already sold out for 2020. So if that's any indication of future "wagon" sales here in the US, I suggest Audi Sport & Audi NA should rethink their sales strategy. The arguments from their in house bean counters of its "too niche", or "EPA costs to regulate prohibit a profit", or "the RS 4 will cannibalize sales of the RS SUVs", are proving that it completely underestimated its current & future base. Again, the RS 6 Avant is sold out in the United States for 2020. Good job Audi. Your typical SUV customer should not be confused w/ the RS long roof enthusiast. I believe it's time for the Corporate brass to begin to trust and heed the informed requests of their loyal base. We just want to drive one of your best, and what I think is your best RS. Bought a 2019 RS5 Sportback but really wanted an RS4 Avant. Next time I'll buy a BMW M or MB AMG in protest!

More Avants please. I would buy an RS4 Avant tomorrow. The RS6 is a lifelong dream, but as we look to get more economical, the extra cost isn't warranted.

this is the only Audi I would consider now. I have had 3, but the Q5 TDI may be my last unless you bring in the RS6 Advant

My appeal to Audi is that there would be a change of heart towards introducing the RS6 Avant to the North American market. We would love the marriage of practicality and raw performance that the RS6 Avant provides. Of course a healthy alternative to the Mercedes AMG E 63 S wagon would not hurt either.
