This is ridiculous.... As a citizen of Olney I feel our tax dollars could be used to help this man who once signed his life over to our country to protect us... Lord knows our tax dollars aren't going towards anything to help improve our town in any other way so there should be plenty to help him!

sadly.... This is not surprising after the poor and shameful treatment of that texas man who defended himself, but this county and their dirty tactics are inexcusable.

Really Olney, IL. He served his country and you can't even provide water. He lives in the city limits!!!!
