The Richmond Hill Soccer Club presented to the Town of Richmond Hill Committee of the Whole on October 7, 2013, to support the Town Recreation Plan which calls for construction of an indoor turf facility. In order to meet the immediate needs of the Club, we are recommending the construction of a bubble over Richmond Green East be completed by the fall of 2014.
