Every day I witness a near miss on this crossing.Drivers ignoring 20mph speed limit, going too fast and failing to stop for waiting pedestrians.

It’s too dangerous for school children and everyone else who needs to cross using this crossing

It is essential to stop their development on the grounds of safety relating to the already nearby dangerous zebra crossing and to preserve the integrity of the area’s conservation status

Not safe and already in a built up location.

The answer is to make the crossing into traffic lights or a pelican crossing, not to stop the development

This would be exceptionally dangerous at is is so close to the zebra crossing and would put children at risk

This proposal if granted will add additional significant hazards to the local community. This includes dangers to school children and the general public.
The area around which the construction will take place will be a health hazard from pre-construction, construction and thereafter.

Not aclever idea to grant this. It is too dangerous being so close to a crossing would be a carbunkle on the neighbourhood

Utterly ridiculous location for a drive. I use this crossing every day and have nearly been knocked over several times. I also feel that the whole development is wrong in a conservation area

The proposed access to the new dwelling Will make the zebra crossing even more dangerous than it is at present. I use this crossing On a regular basis to attend the Allotments and I have witnessed many potential accidents.

The proposal for the new development and access to Heol Don within meters of an already dangerous crossing poses more risk to the foot pedestrians and hundreds of parents and children who use this crossing daily. The access in front of the existing bus stop again creates a risk to pedestrians compounded by the fact one would be required to stop on the zebra crossing zigzag to gain access to the proposed driveway. This is an already very busy road where accidents and near miss accidents have occurred in recent months and years.
