Urgent Request to the US Surgeon General: Protect Young People from Irreversible Medical Harm

Let's protect our young people from harm--not lead them into temptation.

Please help untie the hands of thoughtful psychologists and medical doctors who now feel legally constrained to offer "transition on demand" to minors, regardless of pre-existing mental health conditions. The current Wild West situation is a travesty. How on earth can it be sensible to give cross-sex hormones and surgeries to kids who are not old enough to drink, smoke, or get a tattoo?

Protect these kids and the kids of the future! Do it now!!!

Children should not be sexualized. They should not be permanently altered. Simlle. They are children and should be allowed to be so.

Children are being harmed. Please takes active measures to stop this fraudulent and dangerous practice.

No more slicing and dicing of children's flesh and genitals. No more mastectomies, hysterectomies, and phalloplasties for girls and young women who think they are male (and end up having to urinate through their anuses). No more gonadectomies for boys and young men who think they are female. No more wrecked cardiovascular and endocrine health from regimens of puberty suppressants and wrong sex hormones. No more teen sterilizations. No more surgical interventions that amount to mutilation and result in disfigured bodies and fractured psyches. No more. NO MORE. Stop this now.

Please help stop doctors from doing irreversible harm to our precious children. Many lives are being destroyed by the gender identity movement. Many of the children being harmed are autistic and/or have mental health issues. The majority have experienced trauma, only to be horrifically traumatized by doctors!

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (2016, 2018) found no scientific support for transgender surgery. Pease perform the same study for cross-sex hormones.

STOP trans ideology brainwashed but physically healthy young kids from having irreversible "sex reassignment" surgeries!

Stop this assault on children. Protect them from irreversible medical and psychological harm!

Hormone treatment and surgeries should not be done on children. If someone were to wish it as an adult, that is their prerogative.

Stop medical experimentation on children.

As the parent of a gender non conforming child I feel completely let down by the medical community. Transgender Clinic offered hormones on the first visit. They did not recommend therapy. Only wanted to help us make the school accommodate our child. I felt bullied by the head of the program.

Please let the children grow into adults before making such decisions.

Please help to protect the children & teenagers in this country from risking their mental and physical health because of those clinicians and trans activists/lobbyists who push these unstudied procedures/hormones! It is our job as adults to protect minors, and it is YOUR job specifically to protect them from unnecessary, harmful medicine & medical procedures.

Why do gender non conforming children subjected to medical procedures to conform? Let children be safe from medical harm inflicted on healthy bodies.

There is so much pressure from the medical community on parents of these kids to give them hormones. When we use our good judgment and don't, we are made to feel like abusive parents. It's just not right.

We must do something urgently to prevent this dangerous medical practice.
