DKC has a long history of over 30 years. We started with a family-friendly environment, filled with strong community spirit but due to the long outstanding strata title and lots more issues, we seriously need a good strong committee to manage DKC urgently.
The last AGM dated 27 September 2020 was voided due to improper checking of proxy credentials, leading to doubts of proxy misrepresentation. All this needs to stop. We seek all owners to sign this petition, in order to ask the Commissioner of Buildings to request DKC-JMB to hold an EGM immediately, to vote in a new committee. Together, we can fight to bring DKC back to its former glory.
We need 135 owners' signatures or more for this petition.

Reaching this level of support has been a long and exhausting climb but seeing this momentum keeps me going. It is clear that we are all tired of the current state of our home and the need for a change in leadership is felt by many. We will keep pushing until the committee is forced to listen.

We need people with integrity in the Committee to ensure that Desa Kiara Condo is managed well!
We need Desa Kiara Condo to be run by professionals and certainly not by the people who clearly did not know what they were doing in the last meeting! Shocking!
