I contest on behalf of everyone in favor of restoring sand at the wedge. I am a lifeguard for the city and work wedge frequently. There has been times that I have gotten in the water and hit rocks as well as other dangerous materials. Our motto is safety, service professionalism - safety coming first, emphasizing the importance of safety throughout our community is paramount. I appreciate your consideration.

I've been coming to The Wedge for 25+ years and as we all know this always becomes an issue. I believe we are in desperate need for this work to be done for safety reasons above all.
