We have several RV’s parked at the end of Vista Park (95136) for several months. They need to be relocated to a place where there is restroom facilities and where they can empty their tanks. This has been going on for way too long.

This need for a REAL resolution applies to the ENTIRE city of San Jose. And, someday I hope to enjoy the Guadalupe Trail without fear and disgust which include the City's lack of long term solutions.

I’ve lived in this neighborhood in my childhood home 67 years. Let me tell you I have seen so much change, not for the good! Keeps getting worse. Makes me so sad.

We’ve noticed that by moving the homeless away from local waterways and government land has now driven them into our neighborhoods. Government needs to do something to correct this problem. I live near Lenn and the homeless living in their vans are parked across the street from my home and can watch my coming and going. I am a single person who lives in fear of being robbed and worse. My home has already been burglarized twice.

It’s unsaved and many times unable to see who is coming when crossing due to the blocked location…they have mentioned they know they can’t park there and still do it

It’s become very dangerous to pull out of the drive thru mailbox area because the rv’s totally block the view of traffic coming from Meridian

Mayor Mahan, I would like to thank you in advance for your time in reading and addressing our issues. Many of us are the original owners of homes on Lenn Dr. and Whispering Willow Place. We have been here for over 20 years and have never experienced the degradation of our neighborhood streets until a few years ago. We realize that the unhoused situation in the Bay Area is a complex issue and we have been patient in trying to understand and have empathy for those in this situation. However, it has now become untenable due to the increased safety issues we are facing. The large industrial truck parked on Lenn is creating a safety hazard for drivers who must navigate around it to enter the post office and the shopping center. The driver told me he knows should not park there, and yet continues to do so regardless of the hazard he has created. He has no regard for our concerns and is parking here for his own convenience. This neighborhood was not designed for industrial truck parking. The owners of the large RV vehicles are living here similar to being at a campsite-sitting on the sidewalk in lawnchairs, walking around half dressed, and putting out buckets and other items on the sidewalk. Please help restore our neighborhood to its original intended use, which we financed ourselves. Thank you!

Thank you Mayor Mahan and staff in advance for taking time to read and hear our voice. We are so frustrated with this situation and 311 route has not been useful to solve this :(

I see the RV parking blocking our community and caused a lot of concerns of security and others. Please help resolve this issue!

we no longer feel safe in our neighborhood, Lenn has become dangerous for people leaving the post office turning onto lenn. homeless vans and motorhomes blocking the way. I no longer feel safe walking my dog along lenn, homeless now on both sides of the street, action quickly before there’s an accident, leaving the post office for somebody is hurt by the junk that homeless people put out on the sidewalks with their fans, cars, and motorhomes

This street is definitely not their parking lot or living area. They were parking there at least for a month.
