We are aware of the dangers caused by the lack of rain in Texas. The trees and leaves are very dry and the lakes are loosing losts of water from evaporation and consumption. We cannot let people, plants, trees and animals wither just because we keep hoping for rain and even a hurrican or two. Too many months have gone by under the scorching sun without relief. The agricultur industry, the cattle and horses and other farm animals need our help. ALL OF TEXAS NEEDS HELP. Please sign this petition so that we can forward it to Governor Rick Perry and get the ball rolling. The faster it rolls the better or else we are going to pay the price for inaction.
