Urgent Call to Stop Islamic Regime in Iran Execution of the 6 Youth to Suppress Uprisings

Call to Action:
The six Ekbatan Youth and the other sentenced innocent political prisoners are victims of the Islamic regime to silence a nation’s movement for freedom. Your signature can pressure the international community to stop the Crimes Against Humanity by the Islamic regime in Iran from using executions as a weapon of scare tactic. Sign and share this petition to stand against injustice and save lives. Every moment counts. Why This Matters:
These six young Iranians represent a generation struggling for justice. By signing, you join a global movement to expose and stop Islamic regime's brutal tactics. Together, we can protect the right to protest and prevent these executions. The Islamic Republic of Iran plans to execute six young Iranians—the Ekbatan Youth—to terrorize its people and crush their desire of uprising. These death sentences, based on confessions coerced through torture, are a desperate attempt by a faltering regime to cling to power by murdering innocent youth. We urgently call on the international community to intervene and save their lives.
Background:
Milad Armoon, Amir Mohammad Khosh Eghbal, Navid Najjaran, Hossein Nemati, Alireza Kafaee, and Alireza Barmarzpournak—known as the Ekbatan Youth—were arrested during Iran’s 2022 nationwide protests in Tehran’s Ekbatan neighborhood. Falsely accused of killing a Basij militia member, their confessions were extracted under brutal torture, violating international human rights laws, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Facing external pressures and internal dissent, Iran’s regime is accelerating executions to instill fear and suppress calls for freedom. The Ekbatan Youth, symbols of peaceful resistance, face imminent death in a judicial system that lacks transparency or fairness. Countless other political prisoners are also at risk as the regime tightens its grip. We Demand:
- Halt Executions: Iran must immediately suspend the death sentences of the Ekbatan Youth and all political prisoners.
- Investigate Torture: The UN and human rights organizations must probe Iran’s use of forced confessions and hold perpetrators accountable.
- Apply Pressure: Global leaders and governments must condemn these abuses and impose sanctions on Iranian officials responsible.
- Ensure Fair Trials: Political prisoners and freedom-seeking activists must be released or granted transparent, fair trials in line with international standards.
