Its almost impossible to get from my home onto Eglinton to get to the Allen Rd, even though I only live 3 blocks away. If traveling at rush hour it take longer to travel the 3 blocks than to drive 20km. With all the high rise towers pkanned for development on Marlee, it will be nightmare without significant thought based on CURRENT traffic in the neighbourhoods adjacent to Eglinton and the Allen Rd.

Please reconsider the reduction of traffic Lana in the Eglinton and Allen Rd area. A current and full traffic study of the are needs to be completed before any traffic lanes are reduced.

A study of current traffic levels is only the beginning.Their plan will result in havoc for our neighbourhood.No bike lanes from ALLEN TO BATHURST.NO REDUCTION IN TRAFFIC LANES AND NO NEW STREETSCAPE CRAP.

It is time the city recognize the traffic hub that Cedarvale has become due to the delayed LRT. Things won't get better once Eglinton is fully operational as drivers are now used to take the 'shortcut' through Cedarvale.

The city continues to transform and redesign our area without current data and proper study. After 12 years of LRT construction (and counting) our residents and businesses deserve better. This area is far too complex to be subjected to untested, ad hoc design proposals that are untethered from the realities of our neighbourhood, that threaten to make existing problems worse and fail to anticipate future needs. City of Toronto: press pause on eglintonTOday to gather data and undertake a proper study. The safety, viability and vibrancy of our neighbourhood depends on it.
