Dear Dr.wokil and School of Medicine,

We, the medical students who began our studies in 2013 E.C, are writing to express our urgent concern regarding a critical delay in our academic progression. Unfortunately, we have recently commenced our fourth year of studies this week.

The core issue stems from an unexpected interruption to our on-campus learning, the reasons for which remain unclear to us. This situation directly contradicts our curriculum, which mandates 11 months of campus-based learning annually.

We implore you to give this matter your highest attention. Our peers at other universities are now commencing their fifth year (C2 internship), and this significant disparity is causing immense distress among us.

We earnestly urge you to allow us to remain on campus and resume our studies during this academic period. Failure to resolve this issue will lead to substantial psychological and moral distress among the students, jeopardizing our academic future.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. We look forward to your prompt response.

Sincerely,

The Class of 2013 E.C

Medicine C1 Students.
