Intersection between Kehalani Mauke and Komo Ohi'a is unsafe. With opening school and new home construction, increasing traffic makes this area extremely accident prone. 1. Blind left turn coming out of Komo Ohi'a. High-speed traffic from the right is unseen until mid-way to the intersection, risking collision with cars on the left. 2. Incorrect lane markings on Kehalani Mauka. Uphill middle lane continues to the left turn lane for the opposite traffic. The lane markings are not visible.
