The undersigned ask that Bozzuto, Yale West's management company, identify and install the appropriate cellular wireless signal booster to improve the cellular coverage in the apartments of its residents.

After conferring with several Yale West residents, we discovered that we are not alone. Many in our community struggle to get a strong and consistent wireless signal in their apartments, and are usually relegated to conducting their phone calls in one specific location (often an inconvenient spot), outside on their patio/balcony, or outside the apartment building completely. For those of us who frequently try conducting business calls or talk with family across country from home, we can't always afford to stand outside for thirty minutes in the snow, blistering wind, or 100 degree weather while on hold for a customer service agent to help us resolve our compromised credit card data.

We have been told by staff that if we can deliver a notice to Jared Bailey, Yale West's Property Manager, that several residents have the same wireless signal problems in their apartments, they may be able invest in the proper improvements.
