Urge the Council to reduce the proposed 55% increase to burial costs in Birmingham from April 2019

Dont recuperate your loses incurred during the Dustbin mens payout from a deceased person estate.

Why are costs increasing? Show some respect to families that are grieving. Having a financial burden upon loss wouldn't be good. Please reconsider.

55% is huge increase... Many people will struggle to make these payments.. the council has a duty of care to it citizens, what on earth were you thinking!!!???

I can't afford it because very hard running my house all ready prices too high

The current cost of burial is already difficult to cover for many Birmingham families. The new costs will only cripple us further. Please Birmingham City Council have same form of empathy for your residents, both living and deceased. Thank you.

We appreciate as time goes on things increase in price but 55% is an obscene amount and unjustifiable.

We don’t need such a high increase in burial fees

The cost of funneral should not increase because how people can afford this. 55% is too much.

Absolute disgrace - at such a critical time when families need more support they are lining there pockets at the tax payers expense. The service needs to be more efficient and more reliable, they fail to provide a service when you need it.

Please think of the less able people that can’t afford to bury their loved ones because of the high cost. It’s ourtragious!
